As a former client and patient of NextChapter and being a former client and patient of several other top treatment facilities Next Chapter was an experience like none else. The accommodations of the residence were beautiful and the support staff very nice; the real clincher is the form of therapy which differs from that of any other program I've been to before. It is not a typical 12-step program rather a blend of the clinical days therapeutic work created by Pia Mellody and in the evenings 12-step based. The clinical day has nothing to do with the 12-step program but during evenings you still go to meetings, get a sponsor, work the steps and so on. They really treat each person as a unique individual and they pride themselves on that. If you are serious about fixing whatever you're trying to fix nextchapter is the place to go regardless of whatever it is you're dealing with be it substance abuse or process addiction or depression. Tomorrow will mark one year of sobriety for me, and an integral part of the past year was my time I spent at S.C. When I arrived from NJ to Delray I was angry and (I thought) a hopeless cause. I was there for two months, and the care I received was top-tier and exceeded any expectations that I had. Half-way through my time there, my insurance denied coverage, and I was allowed to stay with no questions asked. Recovery is the main driver there which allowed me to focus on such, and not having to worry about the financial situation lifted a huge burden off of me. Looking back, I am forever grateful to all of the people that helped me there, and that showed me immense care during a time in my life where I was absolutely lost.

Sober city is definitely a diamond in the rough in SOFLA... it's one of the ONLY and I mean ONLY (and I would know cuz I'm actually from there) places that genuinely cares about the clients sobriety... they are not just dollar signs like at other places. The first priority is the clients sobriety and safety; and they do it in an ethical way. The staff was obviously all hand picked for a reason and I can honestly say each and everyone of them has left a lasting impression on my life. If I had a child with a substance abuse issue... this would be my top pick for sure!

I am 29 years old and have been in and out of recovery for the last decade. I have been to many treatment centers in palm beach county, only to be completely dissatisfied with the therapists and treatment. I am a single father who was completely hopeless and honestly had no place to go. Sober City is hands down, the best treatment center I have ever been to. The therapists are absolutely amazing at what they do. They have really helped me with my trauma and addiction issues. The living facilities are the nicest that I've been in. The staff and overall feel is nothing short of awesome. All in all, I owe sober city and it's owners just about everything because if it were not for them, I can whole heartedly say that I would not be here today. They gave me a chance when no one else would. I would recommend sober city to anyone and everyone struggling with addiction. I am living proof that their facility works.

Sober City is by far the only treatment center in the Delray Beach area I would feel safe sending my loved ones. My daughter had an amazing experience here and she is still living a clean and sober life. I will always be grateful to the owners and staff who helped her along the way.

My sisters personal experience with Chapters Recovery has been a pleasant experience considering my previous his state of mind. We have been very satisfied with the staff and Doctor's care and attention. We feel extremely secure in continuing her treatment with the therapists and staff that have been taking care of us.
